Our CSR Policy

As a policy of Megadrill Group to enhance relationships with our host communities, we ensure the following:
  1. Community Engagement: We actively visit host community chiefs, leaders, and youths to understand their needs and agree on collaborative solutions. This direct engagement helps us address community concerns effectively and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  2. Community Relations Officers:We employ seasoned community relations officers who serve as liaisons between the community and Megadrill Group. They focus on youth empowerment, employment of indigenous workers, and addressing other community needs, ensuring that we contribute positively to local development.
  3.  We integrate community affairs into our business operations, maintaining good relationships and ensuring that our projects benefit both the company and the host communities. Our approach promotes harmony and mutual growth.
  4. Collaborative Efforts:We cooperate with clients, partners, and third parties to prevent unnecessary delays, shutdowns, and loss of man hours. We also promptly report any community disturbances, emergencies, or threats to our clients to ensure swift resolution.
